Maintenance Requests & Reporting Leaks
If you require maintenance during this time, please follow our standard procedure:
Fill out our Maintenance Request Form with as much detail as possible.
Include photos and/or videos of any leaks or water damage (if safe to do so).
For urgent requests during business hours, call us at 1300 383 746.
Please note: Due to the volume of requests, we will prioritize Emergency and Urgent maintenance issues.
