Safety Reminder: Always stay at least 10 meters away from fallen power lines and report them immediately.

Maintenance Requests & Reporting Leaks

If you require maintenance during this time, please follow our standard procedure:

  • Fill out our Maintenance Request Form with as much detail as possible.

  • Include photos and/or videos of any leaks or water damage (if safe to do so).

  • For urgent requests during business hours, call us at 1300 383 746.

  • Please note: Due to the volume of requests, we will prioritize Emergency and Urgent maintenance issues.

For critical emergencies, please contact the SES (132 500) or Emergency Services (000).
